✅Timelocks

The ownership of PolyWise Masterchef will be transferred to a timelock.
Timelocks provide an extra layer of security as it prevents any dev team from simply making changes to PolyWise smart contracts to engage in malicious activities.
Timelocks prevent any unseen and immediate changes made to the PolyWise Finance's smart contracts. Changes are locked (i.e. queued) for the established interval of time. This allows any changes attempted to be monitored publicly, alerting investors to any changes or implementation of malicious code.
The timelock delay in starting will be 4 hours, however we will be increasing it to 12 hours and then gradually to 24 hours once everything is stable.
